Diamond Protein L是将Protein L配基同高刚性琼脂糖基架偶联后制成的一种新型亲和层析介质。相较于常规介质,高刚性琼脂糖基架流速更快,反压更低。Protein L配基与抗体kappa轻链的可变区有很强的亲和性,所以Diamond Protein L适用于从大批量细胞培养液中捕获各种不同大小的抗体片段,如 F(ab')2、Fab、单链可变片段(scFv)和半抗。
